Thank you for your question—you’re not the only one asking! Our haulers are working through deliveries as quickly as possible. While you haven’t received yours yet, you’re still scheduled to get it between now and September 15 (you may simply be on the next delivery list).

If you still haven’t received your bin by September 15, please let us know by submitting a 311 ticket so we can follow up.
