HOA - RECORDING DOCS
HOA’s are regulated by the State. If they need to record something, they can do it in the Recording department at the County Clerk's office. The fee is $10 for the first page and $8.50 for each additional page. If they are recording something in person, they would need to go to the Judicial Center. We have limited staff there,and we cannot advise if something needs to be recorded. That would be a legal question for their HOA attorney.
