The Board Records Department of the Manatee County Clerk of the Court’s Office is the official record keeper for the Manatee County Board of County Commissioners. Records include Board minutes for the Board of County Commissioners and their ancillary Boards, as well as all agenda materials, Ordinances, Resolutions, Zoning Ordinances, Contracts and any other materials submitted during a meeting.
