What if My Garbage Bin or Recycle Bin is Damaged and Needs Repaired?

There are several options to notify us your garbage can or recycle bin is damaged and needs repaired. You can call 3-1-1 and speak to a Customer Experience Representative or you can log into your Customer Self Service Portal to report it. You also have the option to report the issue here by clicking issue then selecting garbage, yard waste and recycle.
