How do I Find assistance Getting A VA Home Loan?
You may be eligible for home loan services from the Department of Veterans Affairs, which may include guaranteed loans, refinancing of loans or special grants.
If you have a VA.gov log-in, please search for Home Loan COE (certificate of eligibility) at va.gov.
If not, from Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., you can call 877-827-3702 and ask for the St. Pete Jurisdiction. This phone number does nothing but process VA COEs and the turn around is fast. Manatee County Veterans Services can help you but the processing takes longer (7-14 days versus 24-48 hours).
If you are working with a Realtor, your Realtor should have COE information.
