City Of Bradenton Covid-19 Relief Funds

If you are one of the many Bradenton residents who fell behind on mortgage or utility payments after your employment was
impacted by the coronavirus, we encourage you to apply for funding the City of Bradenton has available to help. The City has
$283,306.00 in funding to assist City of Bradenton residents who have been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, resulting in
unemployment or underemployment. This assistance will be used to provide the following forms of mortgage assistance:
? Mortgage payments not to exceed 10 months, from March 1, 2020 to December 1, 2020. Payment can include late
payments, late fees, HOA fees, condominium fees, and other related fees to prevent foreclosure. Applicants may be
assisted even if their mortgage is in forbearance status.
? Utility payments that include water, electricity, gas, internet, cable including late payments and late fees and charges to
prevent a discontinuation of essential services. These payments must have a due date prior to December 30, 2020
Applications are available now, with a submission deadline of December 1, 2020. Applications can be obtained by emailing Vicki

Completed applications may be submitted to the City of Bradenton by emailing them to vicki.white@cityofbradenton.com or
sending by mail to City of Bradenton, Attn: Vicki White, HCD Manager, 101 12th St. W., Bradenton, FL 34205. Applications can
also be faxed to 941-932-9534
